Available in three grades:

- Grade A Amber Color - Rich Taste: This is our most popular grade, as it offers a great blend of a smooth, but stronger maple flavor. This grade can be used for all purposes, and is a go to for beverages like coffee, tea, or cocktails.
- Grade A Dark Color - Robust Taste: As the name implies this has a hardy maple flavor, and darker color that is ideal for cooking. Many people use this as an all purpose syrup as well, when seeking that pronounced maple flavor.
