Shipping policy

All orders of $100.00 or more get a flat rate of $10.00 to ship.

At Gillilan Family Maple we pride ourselves on customer service.  Timely processing of orders is a hallmark of your customer experience and we commit to shipping your order within 1-5 business days, unless you receive communication from us otherwise.  Our shipping costs may be slightly higher than some, but that is because we take a meticulous approach to packaging your precious pure maple products to ensure safe delivery.  This takes time and materials greater than the average package from other retailers.  

From time to time during periods of high order volume we may post updates to our homepage, with updated shipping times for customer convenience.  If you have a specific question about shipping of your products, do not hesitate to call us at 802-849-6045.

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS), and UPS primarily for rural delivery.  We can not guarantee delivery, or delivery timelines, through third party carriers at all times, and if you require expedited shipping options, with specific carriers, additional charges may apply.
